As soon as I saw that Lawn Fawn had worked together with Chibitronics again, I knew I just had to order that kit. I missed the previous one, so this time I made sure I got it. And what an amazing kit it is. All those cute stamps and great materials they put inside the box to make some lovely cards. It took about 8 days to get here and then I started on my first card right away.
I used the box lid from Holiday Helpers to create a box for the ornaments. Whenever I decorate my tree I have some boxes scattered around the room, so I wanted the mice to have a box nearby as well. The gifts are waiting to be put under the tree once it is finished.
To make sure you don’t see where all your foam tape is once you light up your card, I used an extra piece of cardstock behind the front panel. I placed a bit of pearlescent vellum in between where the die cut hole is and colored that yellow, to match the tree topper. That way my light isn’t too white anymore.
If you want to know how you can make the circuit you can watch the video that Lawn Fawn made.
